Cool

I got a Sparco wheel, but I wouldn't recommend it, as I'm having a harder time getting an adapter to the steering column.

The Grant wheels have adapters readily available, and they do make some nicer models, besides some of the real cheesy ones. www.grantproducts.com

I'd recommend a Grant wheel like this one for your car:

That'd look good in your car.

On my 93 I used a Grant wheel and an adaptor kit for a 92 (I was told by grant that no kit was available for 93-on but another racer told me to use the 92 adaptor and it worked. There are many wheels to chose from I got mine through Jegs they had many styles in there catalog.

K- That's the steering wheel I had in mind! i'm going to be replacing my interior w/green **** carpet everywhere too! And that gold wheel will accent my gold fender protectors and curb feelers!

Keith- On Grant's website I saw where they specifically note that they don't offer any replacement wheels for Airbag equipped cars. I went ahead and emailed them asking if they had anything for a "race car"

Thanks~

Brady:

Ignore the Grant stuff about "no replacements for airbag equipped cars." Get the 3rd Gen install kit: Part # 3196. That includes a spacer that has a cheesy rubber bellows over it.... ugly. Get the black billet spacer that is about 1" thick.

Then I got the cheapest, lightest wheel I could find... the Part # 710... it's a gray that sort of looks decent with the graphite interior. Topped it off with a Pontiac arrowhead horn button... just because its a "track" car doesn't mean it can't look good .

Thanks Guys!

I got it done today and even snapped a couple pics

www.turbocharged.net/twinturbo

I like it, it seems alot smaller than the factory steering wheel, it seems like I have better visibility.. It's probably all in my alcohol clouded brain
