well for rims to tires .. i got directions with my screw kit

it came with 35 screws and the drill bit for them for $15 cdn !

u drill 8 holes on each lip (34 holes total) . use 1 screw to tap all the holes .. put the tire on .. inflate it .. then put the other 34 screws in .. dont over tighten

done

I wouldn't put the rim screws in just yet, you should run the car and see if the tire is slipping first. Why drill all those holes in your brand new rims if you don't need to. Theres no given that says the tires will move on the wheel, JMO.

Is it possible the Welds already come with the 5/8" hole? I just added some Summit tubes with the big brass threaded valve stem and they fit fine. Before that I was running some screw-in tubeless stems that look like they were only about 1/2" or less, but had a rubber bushing to center the valve in the hole.

There is some good info on the Mickey Thompson tech pages about rim screws.

PS: 4 x 8 = 32
