I'm just wondering how much hp/torque you would need to lift the front tires off the ground this is my long term goal for my car.

Re: what does it take?

i would get some 50/50 suspension on the back with 90/10s in the rear with slicks. but i would be puttin subframe connectors in first!

This is largely more of a function of suspension setup than raw power. Kind of a pointless long term goal. Is this a street car we are talking about? If it is, a car setup to have to load the rear suspension enough to lift the front tires off the ground during launch is probably going to drive like *** on the street.

One guy on here has a b-body with right at or under 300 rwhp pulling the driver's front tire. Its all about suspension man.

Here's a 4th Gen with 1,350HP and this is as far as it pulled the wheels (at least after the suspension was set up right by Steve Spohn)..... just enough to insure 100% of the weight is on the rear wheels.
