Suspension settings?

What setting should I use for my QA1's for maximum traction and which hole should I use on my LCA relocation brackets? Also should I remove my front sway bar? Here is my setup.
BMR torque arm on set to -1
BMR rear sway bay
QA1's all four corners 300lb springs in the front, stock springs in the back
BMR LCA's and relocation brackets
17" MT et street radials
Prostar skinnies in the front
Strange 12 bolt 3.73
raceweight is about 3600lbs

Re: Suspension settings?

Remove the front sway bar. It's extra weight that's not needed on the front of the car and will limit weight transfer.

The LCA should be parallel to the ground or slightly down at the rear. What works best will depend on your car. What works well on one car may not work well on another. Adjustment holes are used as a tuning aid just like shock settings.

A stiff shock setting may not be the best choice depending on track conditions. It's all about knowing what setting works best under different conditions.
