Starting to lean on it... New P.B. 9.49 @ 144.39 mph!
that sums it up!1.308 60'
6.074 @ 112.99 mph
9.495 @ 144.39
that was my quarter final run against Harlan, he went 8.58!
first pass i launched hard, pulled the front wheels about 2 feet off the ground, car wasn't lined up straight (my fault) i had to ease out of it as i was headed for the wall
, wheels came down, i tried to straighten car as i got back into it, and then i immediately yanked the front wheels again! lmao!!!! i aborted that passthen i qualified with a 9.70 pass at 142.58 mph, after that first launch i had to say i was very gun shy at nailing it out of the hole!
first round of elims, i went 9.97 @ 142.9 on 1.48 60' but i must say it is neat pulling the wheels at the 60' mark!

after that pass i made a suspension adjustment that allowed me to leave as hard as i wanted to!
that 1.30 60' felt great!!!!thanks to Roman, as usual for his help, and Hink for lining me up on my 9.70 pass!
i gotta lower that et for Allan to chase down
i am just getting started! there is room to lean on it some more!i also got some great video of that really fast tt hawk! congrats Harlan on your new p.b's and record!

Nice runs......that thing was awesome to watch. Did you use the 250 shot on every run? On that first run I though you were gonna hit the wall...good save though.

SAR2K,
hey steve! no bumper dragging for me, car is setup NOT to bumper drag, maybe if i left things alone and stayed into it when i launched it might come close but, no ahh ahh
i am going to leave it right where it is at, there is more to be had on the current tuneup. i don't want to make too many changes at once! in a sense i am now relearning my tuneup with the fogger lines plumbed in the proper locations. besides i may pickup a bit down at thunder ALONE! at least i am hoping.
