SBC in LT1 cars, What Did You Do For A Motor Plate

I am yanking my LT1 and I am going over to a SBC. I am looking for somebody that makes a motor plate for an LT1 car.

I have found people that make them but they are of course to work with the LT1 and not a SBC. The complication occurs with the clearance for the water pump.

So who out there has dealt with this??
