Parts List correct?
Parts List correct?
About to order for winter, have decided on a cam only for the time being, due to money and wanting to do things in stages, so it works out.
I am not looking into a car that needs to pass emissions nor a car that will be a daily driver, more of a street/strip cruiser car. Car is a 1996 Camaro Z28. Anyways, for the parts, I was just wondering if I should change anything for something else etc..
GM 847 camshaft
GMPP guideplates
Comp Cams Pro Magnum Roller Rockers, 1.6 ratio
Comp Cams Comp R Lifters
Trickflow 1-piece chromemoly pushrods
K-motion K-800 valvesrpings (good for .700 lift)
K-motion steel retainers
K-motion 10* locks
B+M Holeshot 3000 converter (not sure if this good quality?)
Pacesetter longtubes and y-pipe
Hooker Cat-back (may keep stock, change muffler..., like stock tips a lot)
Gaskets of course.
My main concern is the torque converter, if it will last etc.. I hear B+M is good from people, and a Transmission cooler is already on the car. Any other recommendations?
