Nitto DR's...Got a Question
what tire psi should i leave it at while driving around? and at the track? i heard 15 psi would be fine for both so that they wear evenly... anything over 20 would make them wear out in the middle... am i correct on this?
After two sets of these, and 40,000 miles between them I can honestly tell you that 30 psi was too much for me to see even tire wear.
If you're limping around stop and go traffic anything under their 45psi max is fine. But for highway driving, or any summer driving that will get them warm, keep'em to 25.
If you highway drive a lot (I commute 70 miles/day), plan on 25 psi. At the track I found 24 to 23 was about the useful limit. This will obviously vary based on the weight of your car, the speeds you drive, etc... So make sure to check the wear pattern at least monthly and adjust as nessesary (I used to make a note of glacing at them before heading to work in the morning).

On the street I run them at 26 psi . When i am going to race ( on the street or the track ) I put them at 18 psi . I do a nice long burnout and average 1.60-1.65 60 fts on stock suspension
Hope that helps
