New best - with videos

I don't post much over here since I jumped ship back to the Mustang camp but a quick update.

Ran the car last Sunday and clicked off some new best times - I still have suspension work that needs done to get the car launching straight.

Goal of the car was to beat my old Z28 - 11.37@120 - wife and I are very happy with the project as it's surpassed our goals by a long shot.

Hit a new personal best 60', 1/8 ET, 1/8 MPH, 1/4 ET, 1/4 MPH today.

Best timeslip was

1.56
6.7824
102.17
10.5719
128.22

Backed that up with

1.54
6.7777
101.87
10.5744
128.21

Best 60' - 1.48
Best 1/8 ET - 6.7422
Best 1/8 MPH - 102.69
Best 1/4 ET - 10.5719
Best 1/4 MPH - 128.22

Looks like a handful for sure but keep at it! Definately a bit quicker than the Z.

Nice runs, I don't care what you drive, although you wouldn't have broken my heart if it had a GM powerplant. Fast is fast, right? What do you think is making it move so hard to the right?

Thanks guys

The car needs properly setup in the rear, I think the geometry is out of whack. I have the upper and lower control arms measured at the same length but I think I need to add some preload to the passenger side.

Adding an anti-roll bar over the Winter so that should help some too.
