New best for the lt1 this weekend.

Not by much but I'm happy to see improvements.

Dave what mods are you running? With that ET,MPH and 60 i'd say you have some suspension on the car no?

1.55? Stock 10bolt?

Re: New best for the lt1 this weekend.

I do have a 12 bolt rear with 3.73s but not too much else as far as suspension. I do have subframe connectors, lakewood lca's and relocation brackets. I don't have drag shocks or springs but I really could use some because I'm leaving so much more on the table. This combo seems to produce a lot of torque so it's pretty much hit or miss if the car will hook when launching. As far as engine mods, 4 year old ARE heads, gm846 cam, and a 3200 stall. SLP shorties and borla exhaust top off the rest of the mods.

Very nice times, your stock times on the car are impressive as well.

Very nice - was wondering how your getting those killer 60's

QA1's I can't say enough about them - I don't have them yet but my cousin has them on his B body and running 13.6's it pops the left front tire

Re: New best for the lt1 this weekend.

I forgot to mention that I do have the front swaybar disconnected to help with weight transfer. After I blew up the motor a couple years back, I replaced the original cam from the ARE heads/cam package with the gm846 cam. I also changed the stall from 2800 to 3200. I have lost a little mph but have gained whole lot more torque. This think is an animal at launch. Alot of times it's overpowering the et streets. I really do need to look into getting a torque arm and possibly some drag shocks/springs. I believe this combo has a low 1.5 in it.
