It's a tough decision, optimum for NA or nitrous. I leave some (rpm) on the table with my NA set-up. But for the nitrous I'm tapped out at the strip with 6200 shift points, 3.73 gears, 3600 stall, and a 26" tire.

Got that right, this puny cam is on its third set of valve springs, plus some other trial and error parts. You know how it goes.
I think the DA was at 800 that day, not bad for around here. But yeah, bringing your own "good air" in a bottle really helps.

Nice job Z! Go with 28" tall tires-all else the same and more nitrous. You'll carry another 15 mph at the same RPM. Again, nice job!

Nice job. I remember when I hit the first 10.9 pass on my stock short block and heads. But you will always be looking for more. Or atleast that is my problem. Keep it up

Yeah, down the road it's time to switch to the 275 60 15 MT street radials. The 50 series are 26.1" tall and not enough. Thanks guys.
