New Best 60ft!!! Now I'm A Believer...
I finally got to make a pass with my new exhaust set up this past Fri night (street T&T). I got an all time best 60ft NA. My normal 60s range from 2.0-2.2 depending on track prep. Here's how the slip looked..
R/T- .532
60FT- 1.91
1/8 ET- 8.80
1/8 MPH- 79.91
1/4 ET- 13.67
1/4 MPH- 100.99
I was sooo stoked when I saw the slip! I had been a antagonist towards others on the board who had claimed 1.9s with a basically stock set up, but now I BELIEVE!
The car has gone 102 MPH in the 1/4 several times before too. Those were with a 2.02 60ft. So I think the car still has some more in it.
Now, the downside. I was gonna go back around to make a N2O pass thinking I might see that 12.0-11.99 run tonight. I pull up to the B/O box and go to purge the lines, and...no juice left
I was pretty bummed about that, but I'll be back this weekend to see if I can go any faster. The previous 12.4 runs were made when the car was running 13.8-.9 NA. So I was really dissapointed to find I had no N2O.
BTW, that 1.91 60, that was with 2.73s, stock stall, and leaving off idle
