New Best!

I ran my car up at mir on sunday for the import vs. domestics finals. I only got 2 runs in because of the competition but my first run was my best.

13.089 at 108.45 on a 2.034 60' with a .352 reaction time.
I gained three tenths and three mph over my previous best. I also beat my eigth mile time by a tenth 8.532 at 85.71. I was pretty happy with that run wasn't expecting that on my first run. On my second run I tryed to launch harder so I could run a 12 but I spun out. If I would have gotten five or so runs in I would have done it.

Re: New Best!

You're just a set of drag radials away from the 12s.

Re: New Best!

Yeah I'm heading back up to the track one more time before the season ends to try for 12's, then I'm putting her away for the winter. When the tracks open up again though in april, I should have my 4.10's, longtubes, and subframes

Re: New Best!

Nice times. Get those 60' times down or some better air and you're there. Are you going to MIR on the 14th for the F-body gathering?

Re: New Best!

Since the EFA meet was rained out a few weeks ago, MIR has agreed to let us (f-bodys) have our own lanes to grudge run or test-n-tune on the 14th. Gates open at 10 am. Of course it's a regular test-n-tune day but there should be a large attendence of f-bodys.
