Dont get me wrong, thats a great time that you just got...just cut the obvious 60' down...
Dont mean to sound like a dick, but I'm not surprised. An auto gets out of the hole and moves on out. I cant launch hard enough to keep up with an auto. Does your friend have a stall? If so, that time isnt impressive.

You have to remember, I'm on the stock rear, and this is my ONLY car, or else I would be gunning for 1.8 60's. When there is another rear in, yeah, I'll be launching the f*ck out of the car, but till then...

To tell you the truth, all he had were hardened 3.73's on his stock rear and Hooker longtubes. No stall and he ran it on street tires...I always figured with mostly-stock cars like yours and his are that the M6 would pull in the 1/4...maybe im wrong

I do know that A4's become much more consistent as you dip into the low low 12's or high 11's on down, but with minimal mods the M6 should be pulling on the A4...

Up top an M6 will pull on one, but the autos get out of the hole so much quicker that in a case like Joe and I, even though our ET's use to be closer, I could never catch up by the 1/4. Highway rolls, however, were a different story

Congrats.

Looks like we'd be a really good run. Same year, both hardtops, both M6s, very similar mods...and I only cut a 2.02 on the pass in my sig. I guess you could call me a p**sy too but I had to bog the car off the line because the clutch wasn't holding.

I'll shoot up there one day so we can run a couple times
