Unhappy I give up on 11's

I was trying to get into the 11's on my stock F-1's, but failed once again

I'm doing a little better, Here are some runs:

2.035 8.077 93.11 12.262 119.09
2.044 8.044 92.55 12.221 119.10
1.941 7.987 93.36 12.166 119.09
1.970 7.923 93.56 12.095 119.40

I also made the mistake of spraying out of the whole, the rev limiter works

2.317 10.492 68.18 15.947 95.99
I guess I should of let off sooner, smoked the tires real good

I don't know if your main goal is to run 11's on F1s But if it's not then...
get some ET Streets man! Done deal! I would predict 1.7 60fts on the spray easily and 11.6ish in the 1/4...

late...Heavy

Thanks,

I was just trying to be one of the few people down here to have a 11 second daily driver on street tires.

with a set of e.t. streets and some suspension work spraying out of the hole should be no problem. i spray as soon as i hit wide open throttle no spin 1.58 60 ft times!
11.60-1/4
116-mph
1.58-60 ft

I have some Nitto DR's on the way, just thought it would be kinda cool to dip into the 11's on F-1's

Where do you guys think the Nitto's will get me?

With your mph you should be able to easilly reach the 11s.
The only thing is your tires may be giving up on you.
When my GSCs were fairly new I cut consistant low 1.7 60's and even had a best of 1.69 60'
Now im lucky to get 1.90 because of tire wear and also the fact I lowered the car
Ive ordered new springs to replace the lowered ones so hopefully with a new set of tires I can get my 60's back down.

Later

Well, maybe i'm a skeptic but Nittos+stock rear=BOOOM . Friend blew 2 rears with Street tires =/. Then again, he has a very agressive clutch but still.

I want to use nittos , but my rear end will go BOOM

TheBlur - keep that A4 in the car and you probably wont have the rearend booming soon if your looking for 11's.
