How much grinding on rear calipers on 99T/A

How much grinding on rear calipers on 99T/A
I want to put a 15x10 rim on the back of my 99T/A and was wondering what exactly needs to be grinded on the rear caliper. I know on the LT1 cars all you have to do is take the fins off, but on these calipers there are no fins, help please.
