How Can I...

Run in the 12's i have a 2000 Z28 camaro it runs 13.2 and i want it to be in the high 12's the only things it has done that i know of is a K&N ai filter so can anyone help me out on this thanks

Just a good high stall torque converter with some drag radials and you're there.
