Hoosier's new drag radials.

Went to the track with them last night.
1st pass 25psi cold, 1.69 60'. Found them to be 27psi hot.
2nd pass 23psi, 1.55 60'. Let them down to 22psi.
3rd pass 21psi cold. 1.51 dead hook 60'
4th pass same pressure. 1.51 dead hook.
5th pass same pressure. 1.507 dead hook.

These are the same 60s that I was running Saturday night with the QTPs in simular conditions.

The big advantage of the Hoosiers for me is that the are spec'd out for 8" rims. They wil fit 8 to 10". And on the 8" Prostars they went on my car with no mods to the body at all. No banging, cutting, or rolling.

They get a big thumbs up from me.

Very nice. I was wondering how well they worked. Didn't want to buy a set and find out the hard way that they weren't that great, so I went with the MT street radial and am very happy. Nice times by the way, 60 ft. and otherwise.

Your new DRs are working for you, 60fts are awesome. And, those are really great times, your LS car is running great. It takes a lot of work to get an LT car running those numbers.

Also, what gears are you running?

Thanks, and don't kid yourself it takes a lot of work to get most any car this quick.

Just 4.10s in a strange 12 bolt with spool. Need a little room for the small dry shot.
