Nitrous does wonders because you only use it at the track. Doesn't affect your emissions at all.

 

The only way to do it is with a fogger. Build the engine to meet smog but strong enough for the fogger. The car refered to is not even close to smog legal. Mike Blackstone did the engine and also did mine. I know what went into the engine. Not to take away from a very impressive car. Jeff has put an incredible amount of time into the car as you can see.
