Had a great night racing last night

Me well it's a looooooooooooooooooooooooooong story.
Set a new 60' mile marker with a 1.455.
Beat 6 racers in a row to find myself in the semi-finals.
His dial 12.14 mine was 11.01. Off he goes and just a short second later I nail it. I catch him right at the line but he slams on the brake just as I pass him so I let off the gas and cross the line. I beat him by .0345 to the line. But, there's always a but, isn't there. By hitting his brakes he dumped me and broke out by .026 and I broke out by .038 so I lost the round.
Did any of you do the math yet? Yep my .038 break out off from my 11.01 dial equals my first 10 second pass. A 10.97 is in the books for the BADBIRD. And not on the best 60' either 1.485. With a 1.45 60' and the rest of that last run could have been a 10.90 pass. Sweet deal.
And I got a $100 check for the semis too boot.

Here's the whole pass:

.050
1.485
6.948 @ 97.86
10.972 @ 121.72

That's a good day at the track. Maybe run the vette at the M event and lemme borrow the Hoosiers. They'll only keep making you break out! Incredible hook. See ya!

Good job man
It's always a good trip, when you break into the 10's for the first time.
But wait, even better, you got paid a $100 for doing it .

I'm running the BADBIRD for the M event and the 'vette for the Toys for Tots charity event on the 13th. You could use the Hoosiers at the Toys race if they'll work on your car with the 5.5'' backspacing.
