What types of gains in time would you get from switching a 3.08 rear to a 4.56? I'm running a 24#/25# cam with a 4000 stall converter have pretty much left the gears for the end. Will I see increases in trap or just drops in ET?

Yes you will see MPH gain as well as et drop.
