Would a fuel regulator help make my 97 Camaro consistent.

nope. the obd2 cars will adjust the injectors to negate any change made by a pressure regulator.

what have you done to the car? what kind of tires? how inconsistent is it,and is the water temp etc thye same every time?

I never really have troulbe with spinning, I just have trouble with weather change and water temp plays a role too. Theres a guy at the track telling me every weekend that I need to get a fuel regulator, so I thought I would ask. I am thinking about getting a water temp gauge. The factory water temp guage seems to be in the same place each time, but without marks that tell it down to the 10 degree then it could be different but still the same right. Would you recommend to put a water temp gauge in it. I do have a 160 thermo and a fan I can turn on to hold the temp at the same spot each time.

Thanks in advance

if you feel that you need a temp guage then by all means get 1. it wont hurt.

the guy at the track telling you that you need a regulator is clueless.

last night i ran 12.39/12.39/12.36 and i run the stock pressure regulator.
