Here's the breakdown:

396 LT1
home ported heads (270 int./218 exh.)
Cam Motion solid roller (252/258 @.050 .618/.608 lift 114.4 lobe sep) n2o cam I had lying around
AS&M monoblade
electric wp
Hooker long tubes
Mufflex 4"
M6
9" with 4.10's
used ET Streets
and a fair amount of weight reduction (emissions, ABS, air bags, complete HVAC system, cruise, rear seats, front bumper support and relocated batt.)

With the old 355, no weight reduction, port matched heads, 58mm tb and 306 cam she ran 11.88 @ 117.
I'd be happy with sub 11.50's on first shakedown runs.
