Do 90/10 shocks help a lot?

Like the topic said. Also where can they be bought for a 93 Z28?

after installing 90/10 drag struts and 50/50 drag shocks my 60 ft. improved from 1.73 to 1.58

when adjusted to the "hardest" setting...how are they on the street??
