I've got this friend with a 1986 C4 auto with a shift kit, chip, and K&N. I have a 95 TA 6M Stage 3 Clutch, Mac catback, cutopen airbox w/K&N, 1LE elbow, TB airfoil and bypass. He is trying to say his lighter weight C4 will pull him ahead of my LT1, I say after the first 60' it will be over, what do you guys think?

 

Hmm .... must be a vette thing, because the 'older' man that I might at a set of lights in the summer thought the same thing. You'll definately take him, I had no problems, and our mods are similiar. Make us proud

I have the L98 vettes I have raced. A friend had an 86 (I think) with headers, gears, boltons, etc. We went from a roll and it wasn't pretty.

Ofcourse I am one heck of a driver...j/k

Better make sure he's not on the bottle, or you will more then likely end up paying for some new mods for HIS car
