Question Best Settings for HAL QA1's

I'm finally going to get a chance to run my car before the snow falls and realized that I have no idea of where I should set my Hal QA1's or Eibach airbag.
Any tips on where I should set them initially?
Since I still have a 10 bolt rear in my car, I won't be launching off the transbrake; I'll just flash the torque convertor at the line.

I had a post on here awhile ago that got some decent replies about the same sorta question. Look back a few pages about my Qa1 Hal shock post, Fred
