Actually I have only gotten 1 good pass on the car with this setup, because I just did it a little while back after you got the bolt-on record, I needed something to help me get a little more, so you can't steal it, LOL...

you two guys make me laugh. Edging each other out for the record. Makes for some good online conversations.

I liked it best when an m6 guy still had the record.

I promise not to use that style coupler (can I use black duct tape?).

John, I promise I'll stop in the mid to upper 11.50's this fall and thats it. lol!

Slo, John is a good guy and I hope to meet him some day in the future and maybe the air will cooperate with a nice head to head match-up.

well yes it is, but the duct tape is mainly just there for the hose clamp so the screw style clamp didn't tear up the dryer hose, that and it allowed it to seal a little better too since the dryer hose is 4" and it is connecting to the 3" MAF housing...

I hit up the local plumbing supply house today to build my RAM-AIR set up. I decided to use the abandoned fog lamp opening(s) in-lieu of the set-ups shown above made by others. My biggest dilemma is deciding how to make the turn from in front of the radiator, there is not alot of room there to make the turn going back to the intake.

Wow john thats a pretty extreme way of doing it. I laid my radiator back a little further, got rid of the large plastic radiator support then made a plenum that feeds back to intake.
