JSK333 - On the output stud that goes to the internals of the alternator. There is a nut that attaches this stud to the alternator. That nut was loose and had to be tightened. If you can move the stud on the outside chances are it's loose.

I am going to move my Optima to the back also. I purchased a BMR battery mount.
It will be installed with 1/0 gauge cable running between a remote starter solenoid and the starter. This way, this cable is only hot while cranking.
You also have to run 2-8 gauge wires from the back to the front, no biggie, these wires are not all that big. This way, when the kill switch is shut off, the engine will die without any possiblity of frying any of the electronics.
