Anyone pickup with a t-brake? I am looking into one and was wondering if it was worth the money,

It adds consistancy since you can launch at the same rpm every time. It also will allow you to launch at a higher rpm than the car's brakes can hold or what just a 2 step can go to.

My converter will stall to 5700 on the transbrake but I only launch at 3000 rpm off a 2 step.

Don't forget that if you use a transbrake like this you'll need to beef up the rest of the driveline. I use a steel 3" x .083" driveshaft with 1350 series u-joints and a 9" diff.
