I would go with BMR products. I have a friend running mid 10's with nothing but BMR. I would get the BMR Extreme Duty Torque Arm, Lower control arms, LCA relocation brackets, subframe connectors, strut tower brace, rear sway bar, HAL/QA1 adjustable shocks, Eibach drag springs, and some sticky tires....
With all this you better get ready to F-up a tranny, driveshaft and rearend.
Go with a TH400 or TH350 (unless you've got a M6), and a 12-bolt or 9-inch.

SPohn also makes some VERY good stuff. I believe George Baxter was well into the 9's on all Spohn parts.
BMR is also good, just visit the sites and see what you like better.
Will, why would he need to go to a 3 spd auto? My car pulls 1.51 60's "stock torque arm) and has the 4l60e in it.

I already have a built 4l60E and 3200 b&m stall stock rear end.
Other mods include: Pullies/ LT1 Edit/ NW wet kit 125 shot/ moroso cold air. I think that is all. So far..
