Anyone else yank their swaybar?

I took mine off a year ago although I don't have actual track testing to see if it really worked in dropping my 60ft times. I just left it off becasue with mostly stock suspension and wheels, it doesn't affect the handling of the car

I ripped mine off late last year, but never got to go to the track to see if it made a difference in my 60' times. The car doesnt handle as good, but it's not bad at all. It still handles alot better then my Explorer does.

when I take mine off going to the track, the car feels pretty normal.
If you corner smoothly, even if you're going fast, the car will lean, but still corners pretty damn well.
If you jerk the wheel, or hit a bump then the car gets kinda squirly if you're movin.
I put mine back on when I get back cause it's like all of 20 minutes of work

sway bar removal
It made a huge difference on my 99 in my 60 foot times. The car now transitions the weight back faster and 'HOOKS' hard. With the welds and skinnies on up front it does act a little squirley when you go into a corner, but you can get used to that. When I come home from the track I put on the 17" wheels with the big tires and I cannot tell the difference.
One other thing about sway bar removal, any weight in the front or near the K-member that you loose it a very good thing; again the transition is improved.
I constantly hit 1.6x sixty foots in a convertable with slicks, but I could do that with ET streets and Nittos but not everytime due to track prep. I just got tired of getting good sixty foots about every third run, so the slicks were the answer.

PS: note the sig has a Strange rear end now!!!!
