I have a 3200 Vig. and did have the obd1 non-shifting problems till Bryan at pcmsforless fixed it.. It drives very normal..

Whoa...wait a minute. I thought there was no problems running a stall that high in the obd1 cars based on what everyone said on here (obd2 came out in 97, right?). What kind of problems can occur and which cars are they most common to?

Its the OBD1 computer that has problems with some stalls over 3200rpms..

OB2 seems to be the for sure fix on it..

OB2 came out in 96..
