What stall do you guys use in your automatic cars? Does it cause any driveability problems? A buddy of mine is probably gonna get a A4 formula and wanted to put a stall, cam, nitrous on it. All Ive ever fooled with is the T-56, so I couldnt tell him what to use.

I am running a Yank TP3800 9in 2.7 STR.

I convetted to OBD-II to run it. Drives very normal. Most people know some thing is different when they drive my car but can not quite put there finger on it. Till I have them drop the hammer and all hell breaks loose

i have a tci 4200-4500 stall but i swear it stalls at like 5000. Under 45mph it'll rev freely to 3500. After that it locks up and is normal. a little weird driving in town is all. If ya have any questions e-mail me i'll do my best to answer

TCI 3600 stall set up "very loose". A manual lockup switch for the highway. Gas mileage isn't pretty but it sixty foots pretty good for a street car.

Yank 9" ST 3500, 2.6 STR. Very streetable. Most people who drive in it really dont even notice it unless I tell em its in there. Get on it and you will know it though.

I've got a 3,600 in my Z. Drives great on the street. Going up bridges is fun though.

I run a 4200 Stall Vigilante and have no drivability issues at all. In fact I think the car drives pretty well.

It is a 97 car that is retro-fitted with an OBD1 computer, and was tuned with LT1 edit.

Wink

I run a 2800 vig also and have no problems except the car doesn't 60' as good as I would like so I will probably soon have it restalled for 3600-3800.

Thumbs up Vig 2800

I have a Vig 2800 in mine. I Have the OBD1 PCM so I am not going to go any higher stall yet.

I use it behind my N/A motor.

Times in sig. Would like a better '60 for an 11!

Running a 2800 vig with my setup. Only problem has been on hard launches (sub 1.65 60' times). Other than the launching problems driveability is great.
