I just did the t-56 swap and was wondering what the best way to launch was. I have 3.73 and BFG drags 255/55r16, also I have a line lock
what is a good starting point?

if you still have the stock 10 bolt i wouldnt launch any higher than 3000 on sticky tires. i've raced a few stock/bolt on 6 speed cars. Ive found that holding at about 3000, then ease the clutch out till you feel it start to pull the car forward, let out just a hair. Then when its go time, i let out the clutch agressively, not too much that it spins, not too little where it smokes the clutch, and then lay on the throttle, i've gottin consistant 2.0-2.1 60's on stock tires, but unless you dont care if it brakes, in that case, set up a 2 step and dump the clutch at like 5k and hold on!

IF you have a spare rearend dump it at 6k and hold on, if you have a 12/9/S60 then set it at 6k+ and let it rip.

If you need a LL kit let me know.
