I always set them to 32psi on the street, but they dont seem to hook up at the track. I know I would be better off having a 16" rim instead, but what tire pressure should I try at the track. My car is supercharged so I really need them to hook up a lot better. I just installed some LCAs and brackets too. Has anyone had DRs on 17" rims?

 

I roll in off the street at that pressure,then I air them down to 22psi.

I make a couple of runs at 22 then go to 20 do a few at 20 then down to 18psi.

My best 60 at 18 psi is 1.929 I know I can do better.I wish Grand Bend or Stanton were closer!

This Saturday at T&T I am going to try 15psi.

A buddy of mine 60 ft'd a 1.7 with a 6 speed and stock suspension with them at 15 psi.

 

thats a killer 60' for stock suspension!, my problem is my supercharger spins my DRs really bad, I need to do a longer burnout or something

 

Yeah I would suggest a 7 second SMOKE show and get to the line quickly. I would start at 22PSI and work down like Tom said. Goodluck

You also might just have too much power Hopefully Mickey Thompson comes out with a 17" Et Street! I am looking for those out really soon.
