If you simply google "1/4 mile conversion" you will get a few sites that have a tool to plug in your info. Here is one http://www.tciauto.com/tech_info/calculators.htm

 

There is no 100% accurate formula since cars act differently in the last 1/8 mile. The closest conversion is multiply 1/8 mile time by 1.56. Your 8.35 means you could run 13.026. If you actually run on a 1/4 mile, you may get a 12 second time slip or a 13.1 time slip since there are so many factors that can change the last 1/8 mile.

 

Should be about a 13.03 on my conversion table, but there are lots of factors to consider.
