Would resetting the BLMs do anything?

Would resetting the BLMs do anything?
Would it help my car since it ran for months with 2 blown head gaskets and burnt plug wires?

yes, but you could pull the fuse for 10 seconds and get the same results. Your car will probably run a bit weird until it relearns them...
