I was wondering the same thing. I sent mine too and have not heard for yet. I was just going to wait a little long and they try to contact him. John

Re: Worried about tune

I'm sorry about the delay, but if you read the description of the services you've purchased, it says 'for processing times, see the FAQ section', where you would have found both of the services you've ordered to have a processing time of 3 business days. It has not been 3 business days in either case. John will get the tune today and Steven on Monday.

Yeah same here. I'm in no rush. That is why I really was not bothering you. I can understand your getting busy, its getting to be spring time. Thanks for replying though. John

Re: Worried about tune

Ion,
I realize you're busy, but I've sent 2 e-mails and a PM over the past few weeks trying to get an updated tune from you. If I need to resend either let me know, but I need to get my car driveable again soon.

Re: Worried about tune

The updating process is very simple. Fill out a tuning order sheet and pay for the update. It's described in the FAQ section. Once these two steps are done, I can write the tune.

I apologize then as I had not seen that in the FAQ.
