Who repairs PCM's?

Who repairs PCM's?

I have fried a few over the years and they just sit. Anyone direct me to someone?

Never delt with madtuner, but Andrew at AKM is a heck of a guy that does a great job. He just did 2 for me earlier this year and repaired the sockets in them for me also. If you get them repaired, have them socketted for easier repair down the road if you lose them again. That way, they can just pull the chips and reflash them instead of de-soldering them from the boards and re-soldering them.

Anyone offering repair service does exactly the same thing - reflashes a screwed-up EEPROM.

There is no one repairing any other kind of PCM failure.

I believe it's madtuner that physically removes the chip from the board and puts a socket in so the chips can be easily swapped. Assuming it has an initial tune/program on it.
