Who can program a chip for a 93 LT1 Firebird?

Who can program a chip for a 93 LT1 Firebird?
We have a customer who needs a chip programmed for his 93 LT1 Firebird with a 12# procharger, built shortblock, and cam. Who does these chips? Are normal chip programmer wont do it because its too radical to not tune in person.
