where to send pcm to be flashed back to stock?

I bought a car that had a 383 in it but now will have a bone stock engine in it. Where is the cheapest place to send my pcm to have it flashed back to stock settings? Another thing will it need any tuning at all with a stall? It has I believe a 2000 stall but that's it.

You can send it to PCM for less or Mad z28, they will do it, or you can buy a stock one off EBAY.

I'll flash it back to stock for $20 and you pay shipping if it's a 94-95.

Why are the terminals burnt? You might want to investigate the cause of that before putting a new PCM in there.

I really don't know for sure. I didn't see anything wrong. The only thing I can think of is that the kid that had the car before put the starter wires on wrong. He said it threw sparks but ran still. He said the fans didn't work after that though.
