Where can I buy 28F512 chips?

I've been searching all day.
I have the programmer and the PLCC32 sockets on their way.

Anybody?

I know Madwolf has these chips listed on his website, but he is currently unavailable (I believe something with his family, but I don't know, I just know he's unavailable). They are almost impossible to find, since Intel does not manufacture them anymore. Aside from pulling them from old PCMs, I really don't know of any source for them.

I am currently looking at a alternate manufacturer for a supply of these chips. They will be an Intel equal with the same identical temperature rating which is crucial for the chips survival in a PCM that is mounted in the engine compartment. The chips access speed is also 90nS which is equal or exceeds that of the original Intel chips.

These chips are rated for what is known as an AUTOMOTIVE TEMP RATING of 125*C which is equal to 225*F. the more common industrial grade chips are only rated at 85*C which is 185*F , the commercial grades are even worse at 70*C which is 158*F.

I have some of the original Intel Chips left. Ion got most of his supply of these chips from me. At least he did sometime ago he may have found another source as mine has dried up

If you find a source for them, please keep me posted on it as well. I've been looking for a source for these chips for a while and so far haven't had any luck either.
