it wont let me change my idle speed all the way across to 950, it stays at 850 even if it. ive done this times before with no problem but now it wont let me change all the cells.? I can set them to what i want, and will do the checksum and save, go back and open and theve changed? WTF

Sounds like a program problem rather than a problem with the car, so I doubt you'll find much help here on that problem.
