What kinda Cheap Laptop can I use with Lt1 edit?

I am thinking of getting a cheap laptop in a few weeks to run lt1 edit or tunercat. I have read that a few folks run a 133mhz.
How low can you go and how long does it take to load up a tune?
What are all the other specs I would need? (Windows Nt? Ram? Harddrive Space?

Or should I just save up and get a used ~600Mhz Laptop?

Any and all input are greatly appreciated.
thanks,
Claude

I'm using an old P100. It works just fine, but I have no extra software loaded: Windows, Lt1 Edit and that's it.

I use a 120Mhz Pentium with 72 MB of RAM on a WIN98 system. I like WIN98 so I can go to DOS and program the car with the DOS version of the FLASH programmer (I don't trust the WIN version, even with the new update and a WINNT kernel). It runs TC great, a little slow to load, but the laptop only cost me $75. It's a Compaq 5200, any of the 5XXX series Compaqs will work great, and you can usually find one on Ebay for under $100.
