what is a good program

what is a good program to read my my 91 z vitals, so i can see what the car is doing on the fly also maybe tune it.

A very good program is called DataMaster and it can be downloaded from here:

www.ttspowersystems.com

And you will also need an interface cable to talk to your ECM via your laptop. This is available from Andrew at AKM cables;

this is just for Diagnostics right? or can it do other things
