what exactly is HP tuner?
I am confused with all these different tuners. Is HP Tuner different from tunercat? If one is better, which one would you choose? Can both of these pull codes and delete them? any help would be great.

hp is vin locked but somewhat easier to use (learn) than tuner cat, not vin locked. jet dst is a vin locked tuner cat. efi live,ls1 edit etc. vin locked.
all of these programs are capible of a lot, and you can tune out certain things, and make changes.
it is not clear to me though if you want tuning software or a scan tool program? if so check this link
