What is the CKP sensor

What is the CKP sensor

PO335 = CKP sensor circuit
PO336 = CKP sensor perfromance

CKP is Crank Position.......so those codes would indicate something in the crank position sensor circuit.

I had the same code, replaced the sensor, and still get it?? Im not sure what exactly will cause it. Maybe loose timing chain?

ok cool I took the ring out when i replaced my motor. The motor i got was not equip with it (obd1 motor)
