What is BLM and is this number bad?

I used Freescan to scan my 95 Z-28. It has been stumbling, missing, and surging for a while. My MAF has been eliminated as a problem.

The BLM Right says a minimum of 128 and a max of 138. The BLM Left says a minimum of 113 and a max of 128. THe more the car warms up , the lower the left is and the higher the right is. Can I get some answers or insights on this please?

I have an online scanner writeup that explains the block learn multiplier = BLM = long term fuel correction. The problem you are experiencing is called "split BLMs"..... and can be caused by aggressive camshafts, some aftermarket throttle bodies.... or it might be a problem of "opposite" problems on each side.... say an exhaust leak or misfire on the side with the BLM's over 128, and a leaking injector on the other side.

Split BLM's can be a PITA to diagnose and cure.
