voltage and pcm

if my volts are @ 12.6 to 13.1 during the dayt time with no A/C or big audio system( from free scan) will this affect the pcm ? I do not have a overdrive alt pully just the stock one, is this voltage too low ? could this cause any problems?

I would be more woried about your ignition system. you might consider getting your charging system tested.
