VIN changed in PCM, now it won't program!!

VIN changed in PCM, now it won't program!!
I was sent the wrong VIN to put in a car and flashed an OBDII 96 TA PCM. Flashed fine but now when I try to reflash it, I get an error code saying that the PCM is not supported!!! I try to reflash the original tune back in and it still locks me out... Any ideas??
